Timetable and Booking

• I/We understand that payment is required in advance to fully reserve my/our place/s. 

• Glee’s Dance Studio uses Square to allow our customers to pay securely online.

• Please click below on the relevant date on the timetable below to securely pay for and book your course places.

• No card details are recorded during this process. However, you can choose to save your details during the booking process to speed up the process in the future. If you have your payment details stored in your own computer, there is also the facility to pay via GooglePay, which will automatically complete your details if you already have your information recorded on your own device.

• Alternatively, you can contact Anne via email or by calling to check whether there is a place for you in your chosen class – however, please be advised that we only reserve places once we receive payment, so your best bet is to book and pay online where possible

• Please add our email address to your allowed contacts list – we don’t want to end up in your junk box and have you miss any important information from us!

• We won’t spam you, or use your information in any other way other than to contact you in regard to your courses and payments, or to let you know of new classes that may be of interest to you in the future.
• It is possible to pay on the day for classes either in cash or by card – however due to space limitations, we cannot guarantee there will be a space for you.  Please pay in advance wherever possible.

Cancellations:

• Please give us as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend due to work, holiday or illness reasons.  We will endeavour to offer you a refund or credit on paid for cancelled classes if we receive 48 hours notice.  Cancellations “on the day” will not be refunded.

Bad Weather Policy:

• It’s always possible that inclement weather may prevent classes from running during the winter months.  Our policy for this event is as follows:  Glee’s Dance Studio will always endeavour to remain open and we will give people as much notice as possible to let you know if we get snowed in or Anne is unable to teach due to illness.  In this instance, we will happily refund your week or add it on to the next week to ensure you get value for money.  However, if we are able to run the class and you decide not to attend, we cannot refund your payments.
